Strategic Moves Pte Ltd is a local consultancy firm that has earned a strong reputation in providing media, strategic and crisis communications consultancy and training for organisations in the private and public sector in Singapore and the region. Established in 1997, we have provided counsel and training for the senior management of more than 100 organisations and over 6,000 CEOs/Directors from the regional operations of Fortune 500 companies to government and quasi-government agencies in Singapore.

We are looking for energetic, dynamic and committed individuals to join our team.


1. CONSULTANT


Responsibilities:

  • Function as training assistant, co-trainer or subsequently as trainer when the CEO deems you ready and assigns these tasks to you
  • Assist in the creation, coordination and management of the training and consultancy projects of the company
  • Ensuring that the training courses meet with customer’s existing and potential requirement
  • Providing research and any other kind of support for the various training and consultancy projects undertaken by the company
  • Managing specific client accounts with a view to ensuring continuing business acquisition and client satisfaction
  • Preparing marketing proposal for pitches to potential clients
  • Monitoring competitor information and customer feedback to enhance company product competitiveness
  • Helping to develop and execute marketing and business development strategies
  • Initiating and following up on marketing efforts for on-going projects that have been identified by the company

Requirement:

  • Good university degree (preferably in the Humanities, Law or Communications)
  • Analytical thinking and excellent knowledge of current affairs (local and global)
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be organised, detailed and work with minimal supervision
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • At least three years of relevant working experience
  • Any journalistic experience is an advantage



2. ADMINISTRATIVE & RESEARCH ASSISTANT

Responsibilities:

A. General Office Administration

  • Coordination of all office maintenance and IT support matters
  • Maintenance of office filing system, fixed assets and software inventory
  • Website maintenance

B. Administrative Support

  • Operational accounting responsibilities
  • Database management
  • General administrative and secretarial support

C. Training Support

  • Assist in research and client servicing as and when assigned
  • Management of training schedule
  • Coordination of training logistics with clients and suppliers
  • Preparation of training materials

Requirement:

  • At least three years of relevant working experience
  • Strong command of spoken and written English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Energetic, a willingness to learn, with positive attitude
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be organised, detailed and have initiative
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong IT knowledge would be advantageous
