As full-time consultant for Strategic Moves, Diana is the training assistant and co-trainer for the workshops. In addition, Diana coordinates and facilitates training courses for the clients to ensure the courses meet their organisations' strategic communication goals.

Diana believes sound public relations and effective communication with a company's stakeholders will bring about greater business success for the organisation.

Prior to Strategic Moves, Diana was with a New York-based B2B marketing public relations firm doing media liaising and pitching stories to trade publications in the Asia-Pacific region. She has also worked at Ngee Ann Polytechnic's Corporate Communication Office, where she was in charge of publication production and project managed some major outreach events to secondary schools.

Diana has experience as a radio journalist at MediaCorp Radio Chinese News Division, which helped to sharpen her news sense and hone her bilingual skills.
